All areas walk out to a big covered terrace with gas grill, outdoor dining (for 6) and cushioned seating. Everyone will gather around the granite island with a raised glass breakfast bar (for 3) and there is enough room so there are never ‘too many cooks’ in the kitchen!
The GREAT ROOM with its soaring ceilings is professionally decorated and includes a dining table for up to 8 people, a comfortable living area with leather sectional seating and flat screened TV plus a convenient desk with multiple charging stations – all with views of the ocean.
LOFT / WET BAR & LOUNGE – Our guests love this open concept! The spectacular open stair and bridge walkway to the bar loft is suspended above the great room / kitchen. This is almost like a 2nd living room with a nice leather sofa, 2 swivel arm chairs and a big ottoman. Plus the fully equipped wet bar features a fridge, icemaker, and coffee station. The 12-foot-wide sliding glass door opens to the spectacular 50-foot long Oceanfront Deck. This is the place to enjoy your morning coffee; watch the shrimp boats bobbing on the ocean; take in the sights and activity on the beach below; relax in the sun; enjoy sunset cocktails and/or late-night star gazing all with the calming sounds of the surf nearby.
On the opposite end of the deck you will find a new TV Loft (also accessed from Bedroom #2 inside) where you can relax in reclining lounge chairs with TV or a good book and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean.
